Can I face my baby out in my Beco Carrier?

Yes! The Beco Gemini and Beco 8 Carrier offer inward, forward facing, hip, and back carry!

Please keep your baby's health and safety in mind when facing out and reference our carry instructions!

What is the difference between the carriers?

The Beco Gemini holds up to 35 lbs and doesn’t have any extra accessories that you could potentially lose ;) Easy peasy!

The Beco 8 carries up to 45 lbs and is a bit more techy. It really comes with everything you’ll need - the swiss army knife of carriers, we like to call it.

The Beco Toddler is going to be what you transition to for your bigger kiddos. It's designed for todders from 20-60 lbs! We recommend waiting until your toddler is wearing a 2T pant size to start wearing them in the Toddler!

You can also check out our comparison page for more info!

Are Beco Carriers machine washable?

Of course! We always suggest spot cleaning first and then washing when you really need to. Wash on gentle and hang to dry!

Do you have waist extenders for the carriers?

Yes, we do! The waist extender adds 12 inches or approx. 30 cm to the width of the waist. Please contact help@becobabycarrier.com if you need one!

Do you provide replacement parts?

Yes. Please contact help@becobabycarrier.com if you need one!

Is the Beco Baby Carrier Comfortable for Your Baby?

Beco baby carriers have built a reputation for being comfortable, stylish and safe for your little one. Our carriers are designed to ensure that your baby is ergonomically positioned to support natural posture, with adjustable straps and support layers for you and your baby's comfort. They also feature breathable mesh fabrics that keep both you and your little one comfortable in warm weather.

When Is It Safe to Move to a Back Carry Position in a Baby Carrier?

Carrying a newborn in a baby carrier is an excellent way to keep your infant close and accessible for hugs and kisses. We highly recommend this form of carrying for small babies.

As soon as baby is able to hold and control his or her own head (usually around 6 months of age), you can begin to carry in a back-carry position. Our carriers include an adjustable base to accommodate your baby's growth.

Beco Baby Carriers - Comfort for All Parents?

Yes, Beco baby carriers are designed to be comfortable and ergonomic for parents of all sizes. They feature adjustable shoulder straps, a wide stance waistband, and contoured shoulder padding to provide maximum comfort during long periods of wear.

We also privide waist extenders for the carriers to the parents that need them.

What is babywearing?

Babywearing is the practice of using a baby carrier or wrap to carry a baby close to the body while they are still young. It has long been used by many cultures and is gaining popularity in modern times due to its numerous health benefits. It allows parents to keep their babies calm, safe, and content for extended periods of time.
