AUTHORIZED AGENT
An Authorized Agent is a person or business who has authorization to request to know what personal information we have about you, delete the personal information, or opt out of the sale of personal information on behalf of a California resident. We require a valid power of attorney or other documentation to prove you are authorized to submit the request on behalf of the individual.

COPPA (THE CHILDRENS ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT) FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) states that the general age of consent to provide personal information is 16, which means we cannot legally process data of a child who is 15 years old or younger. If you are 15 years old or younger, we can only process a purchase with permission from the parent or guardian. We respect children’s privacy and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any personal information to us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.

REQUEST TO KNOW (REQUEST MY PERSONAL INFORMATION)
Please note that identity must be verified before we will disclose any personal information for a specific individual.
You may request that businesses disclose to you what personal information they have collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why they collected, used, shared, or sold that information. Specifically, you may request that businesses disclose:

-A copy of the personal information we have about you, including any personal information that we have shared with another third party company for business purposes
-The categories of personal information collected
-The specific pieces of personal information collected
-You can request that we delete your personal information
-You can request that we stop sharing your personal information
-The categories of sources from which the business collected personal information
-The purpose for which the business uses the personal information
-The categories of third parties with whom the business shares the personal information
-The categories of information that the business sells or discloses to third parties

Businesses must provide you this information for the 12-month period preceding your request. They must provide this information to you free of charge. Businesses must respond to your request within 45 calendar days. They can extend that deadline by another 45 days (90 days total) if they notify you.

NOTICE AT COLLECTION
The CCPA requires businesses to give consumers certain information in a “notice at collection.” A notice at collection must list the categories of personal information businesses collect about consumers and the purposes for which they use the categories of information. (To find out how you can learn what specific information a business has collected about you, see the Request to Know section.) The notice must also contain a link to the business’s privacy policy, where consumers can get a fuller description of the business’s privacy practices and of their privacy rights.

REQUEST TO DELETE
Please note that identity must be verified before we will disclose any personal information for a specific individual.
You can submit a “Request to Delete” personal information, and we will remove your information from our platform. Choosing to delete your personal information may impact your ability to use our websites and online features, including closure of your online account, and limit your use of functions that may require your personal information. Businesses must acknowledge receipt of the request to delete within 10 days and have 45 days to comply. This can be extended for an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, provided the consumer is notified before the original 45-day period has lapsed. We will notify any third parties of the request to delete following your submission. We as a Business will wait 12 months before asking the consumer to opt in again.

REQUEST TO OPT OUT (DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION)
Please note that identity DOES NOT need to be verified to opt out. You may request that businesses stop selling or sharing your personal information (“opt-out”). With some exceptions, businesses cannot sell your personal information after they receive your opt-out request unless you later provide authorization allowing them to do so again. Businesses must wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back into the sale or sharing of your personal information. Businesses must comply with a request to opt out within 15 days of receiving it.

REQUEST TO CORRECT
Please note that identity must be verified before we will disclose or correct any personal information for a specific individual. Businesses are only required to make “commercially reasonable efforts” to correct the information. Businesses have 45 days to comply with the request, though that may be extended to 90 days if reasonably necessary and the consumer is notified.

REQUEST TO LIMIT USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Effective January 1st, 2023
Please note that identity must be verified before we will disclose or correct any personal information for a specific individual. You may request that businesses limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. With some exceptions, businesses cannot sell or share your personal information after they receive your RLUADSPI (Request to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information) request, unless you later provide authorization allowing them to do so again. Businesses must wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back into the sale/share of your personal information. Businesses must comply with a Request to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information within 15 days of receiving it.

REQUEST TO NON-DISCRIMINATION
Businesses cannot deny goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to a business or ask them to delete or stop selling your personal information, and that personal information or sale is necessary for the business to provide you with goods or services, the business may not be able to complete that transaction. Businesses can also offer you promotions, discounts and other deals in exchange for collecting, keeping, selling, or sharing your personal information. But they can only do this if the financial incentive offered is reasonably related to the value of your personal information. If you ask a business to delete, stop selling, or sharing your personal information, you may not be able to continue participating in the special deals they offer in exchange for personal information. If you are not sure how your request may affect your participation in a special offer, ask the business.
